The TLD GP Helmet, weighing in at 1500 grams, features a technologically advanced polyacrylite shell construction. This helmet comes with 16 intake ports to channel cool air around and over a rider's head, forcing hot sweaty air out through twelve rear exhaust ports. Two plastic visor screws with brass inserts are made for an easy break-away as well as pivot for rider visor adjustment. The EPP (Expanded PolyPropylene) chin bar is made to provide lightweight and durable coverage around the chin and face with air vents to provide airflow to the mouth and nose. Two 3D contoured cheek pads line the helmet and are equipped with an emergency release system to allow EMS responders the ability to quickly remove the helmet.
