After years of research and development, the Troy Lee Designs Team introduced the A1 mountain bike helmet in 2013. The lightweight, fully encapsulated all-mountain A1 helmet utilizes maximum strength and dimension to keep you covered in all riding conditions, whether you're charging single track, riding dirt jumps, or grinding out miles on the XC bike. It offers the premium fit, coverage, and style you want.

The A1 DRONE is perfect for the MTB rider just starting out with mountain biking or eMTB, or the expert rider on a budget. It features an innovative break-away anodized alloy visor screws to help reduce the likelihood of snagging during impact, a secure buckle combined with a strap system using premium fabrics for a soft yet durable feel on your face, and an adjustable retention fit system with an easy-to-spin dial. The 3-way adjustable system positions the cradle higher or lower across the back of your neck, and the durable yet lightweight outer microshell with EPS impact material matched to internal ventilation channels gives you performance and comfort to enjoy your mountain bike ride.

The A1 DRONE comes with the helmet, a custom A1 carrying bag, spare comfort liner Velcro dots, an emergency ID sticker, a sticker sheet, and a manual.

The A1 DRONE offers safety with a reinforced polycarbonate shell in-molded and EPS liner on the sides and back, maximum cool with 16 total vented ports for cool air in and drawing heat out (8 front and 8 in the back), and highly adjustable features with a triple position adjustable retention system, customized head shape and eyewear fit, and a comfortable, single-piece, ultra plush, removable and washable comfort liner with an adjustable visor.
