The SE4 Polyacrylite Helmet, weighing 1500 grams, comes equipped with the MIPS system. It features 16 intake ports to channel cool air around and over the rider's head, forcing hot, sweaty air out through six rear exhaust ports. Two plastic visor screws with brass inserts are designed for easy break-away and pivot adjustment. Stainless steel D-rings provide a light yet strong solution, while the EPP (Expanded PolyPropylene) chin bar offers lightweight, durable coverage. Two 3D contoured cheek pads line the helmet and are equipped with an emergency release system, allowing EMS responders to quickly remove the helmet.

In addition to the SE4 Polyacrylite, Troy Lee Designs offers the GP Helmet, SE5 Composite, and SE5 Carbon models. The GP Helmet weighs 1525 grams and features the MIPS C-Solution system, while the SE5 Composite (1470 grams US/1300 grams EU) and SE5 Carbon (1350 grams US/1161 grams EU) both utilize the MIPS INTEGRA system.

All helmets are designed for riding and racing, with the SE4 Polyacrylite and GP Helmet featuring ABS shells, the SE5 Composite using a Fiberglass shell, and the SE5 Carbon boasting a Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass shell. The impact liners vary, with the SE4 Polyacrylite and GP Helmet using 3 PC Blue EPS, and the SE5 Composite and SE5 Carbon featuring 3 PC Dual Density, Blue/Black EPS.

Comfort liners also differ, with the SE4 Polyacrylite using Brushed Poly, the GP Helmet and SE5 Composite featuring Dri-Lex, and the SE5 Carbon equipped with X-Static/XT2.

Special features across the lineup include EPP Collarbone Relief and Directional Ventilation Gills.
