Crafted with an aerospace-grade shell and cutting-edge materials, we were able to bring the total weight down to a mere 1050 grams, without compromising any of the strength and protection that defines a Troy Lee Designs product. Comfort and ventilation are also paramount in the D4 Composite. The helmet features a front air intake system that channels cooling air through the polymer center and power grid side mesh, keeping your head refreshed and comfortable during the most intense rides. Additionally, the X-static and XT2 padding materials ensure the interior of the helmet is a pleasant place to be, no matter how long your adventure lasts.

Safety, of course, is the foundation upon which the D4 Composite is built. The helmet boasts 20 high-flow intake and exhaust ports for maximum ventilation, as well as an added layer of protection in the form of the MIPS C2 system.
