The D4 series of helmets from Troy Lee Designs picks up where the Daytona legacy has remained the top of the podium for years. The all-new D4 Carbon helmet is already winning Downhill World Cup Championships and BMX Championships. By using carbon fiber reinforcements in the shell, the weight of the full-face helmet has been reduced by almost 50 grams without sacrificing strength. Strategic placement of EPS has also increased the strength and durability of the helmet.

The new TLD D4 Carbon features an integrated MIPS System, providing an additional layer of coverage. Lightweight titanium D-rings, a collarbone suspension system, and quick release XT2 3D cheek pads with an X-Static washable liner further enhance the helmet's comfort and convenience.

Maximum ventilation is achieved through 20 high-flow intake and exhaust ports. The all-new front composite Gill intake system with anodized mesh side air vents not only pulls in a lot of air for cooling, but also adds a unique level of design and style.

Built with an aerospace shell design and materials, the D4 Carbon helmet weighs only 1050 grams without sacrificing any strength. The MIPS C2 system is used to add an additional layer of coverage.

The removable, quick-release cheek pads and high-performance comfort liner, made of quick-dry fabrics, ensure comfort and ease of use in the event of an emergency.

The D4 helmet comes with a spare visor screw hardware kit, an emergency ID sticker for under the visor, a manual, and a helmet bag.
