The D4 series of helmets from Troy Lee Designs builds upon the legacy of the Daytona, which has remained at the top of the podium for years. The new TLD D4 Carbon helmet utilizes carbon fiber reinforcements in the shell, helping to reduce the weight by almost 50 grams without compromising strength. Despite the weight reduction, EPS has been strategically added to increase strength and durability. The helmet also features an integrated MIPS system for added protection.

Complementing the lightweight yet strong design, the TLD D4 Carbon boasts maximum ventilation with 20 high-flow intake and exhaust ports. The all-new front composite Gill intake system with anodized mesh side air vents not only pulls in ample air for cooling, but also adds a unique level of design and style to the helmet.

Weighing in at just 1050 grams, the D4 Carbon was built with an aerospace-inspired shell design and materials, ensuring strength without sacrificing lightness. The MIPS C2 system provides an additional layer of coverage for enhanced protection.

For comfort and convenience, the D4 Carbon features removable, quick-release cheek pads that can be easily removed in the event of an emergency. The high-performance comfort liner is made of quick-dry fabrics, ensuring a comfortable fit.
